What’s your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and are commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction. While we hope you love your FirstBase Skincare products as we much as we do, we understand that sometimes we change our minds and things don’t work out.

If you wish to make a return, we are happy to facilitate a refund on items purchased on within 10-15 days to the original form of payment. If you made your purchase from one of our retail partners, we ask that you please follow their return policy. Please note that any returns made after the 15-day period are no longer eligible for a refund.

How do I make a return?

We’ve made this simple for you in 3 easy steps:

1. Reach out to with the following information: your full name, order number, and reason for return. Our Customer Care Team will then respond with a pre-paid Return Label for you to print and include in your return parcel.

2. Print the Return Label that includes your RMA Number form and prepare your parcel to ship: 

  • Place the RMA Number form inside your parcel 
  • Place Return Label securely outside of your parcel 

3. Drop off your return parcel in its original packaging at the shipping provider provided with your label. Please ensure you ship out your return parcel within 7-10 days upon receiving your return label.


What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you have received a defective item, we truly apologize! Please make sure to email to within 3 days of receiving item(s) and we’ll take care of the rest. Note: please include your original order number in the subject line and reason for your return in the body of the e-mail including a picture of the defect.

What is the time for processing refund?

Once we receive your product(s) to our warehouse we will issue the refund within 7 business days to the original form of payment. We will deduct the cost of shipping back to our warehouse from the final refund amount.
